What you’ll own

• The Workspace end to end: the browser surface where capture teams work the live record.
• The call on what ships. No product manager sits between you and the decision.
• Design and build in the same pass. You decide what the screen looks like, then you make it work.
• The frontend's engineering standards. Review, testing, and performance budgets are yours to set.
• What you build, through production. We don't hand features to someone else to operate.

What you’ll bring

• You've shipped a product frontend people used daily, and can point to the parts that were yours.
• Taste you can defend. We care what this looks like, and you'll be arguing with us about it.
• Comfort starting from a rough problem statement instead of a spec.
• Enough range to go a layer down when the API you need doesn't exist yet.
